Cycling in the national park is only permitted on the paths approved for this purpose. On the one hand, this avoids conflicts with pedestrians and, on the other, protects sensitive habitats for animals and plants.
The approved routes are signposted in the terrain - look for the white signs with green writing. Here the tour destinations are indicated with the distance and the corresponding altitude meters.
By the way: There are also hikers on the paths that are open for bicycle traffic. Please be considerate of other national park guests, thank you!
There are no downhill tracks or trails in the national park. The official bike paths lead mainly over gravel forest roads, the state road through the Klausbach valley is asphalted.
